I just started a House Flipping School MeetUp the 3rd thursday of each month and we had over 60 attendees and a great meeting.

So my advice is to make sure you factor those costs in and make sure you allocate at least 10-15% of your cashflow each month for maintenance and keep up with it.There is a local meetup the first Wednesday of each month that has about 100 regular attendees. 

There’s typically a good mix of attendees - usually one or more attorneys, a number of agents, many experienced investors, landlords, flippers, rehabbers, contractors, lenders, etc.

Many have a haves/wants time where attendees can announce to the audience what they have or want.

As a bonus, they could even sell more books and register more webinar attendees with these types of features. 

So there is a fairly straightforward way to identify the free sessions that will be essentially worthless as far as content goes - they are designed to get attendees to pay for the next set of sessions.
