I've assembled the team, lined up the capital, now what?

They could assemble their own team, but don't have the time or interest in doing so.

@Patrick Daly If this is your first syndication, you have to prep up in advance in terms of investors conversations, legal structure, assembling your team: securities attorney, CPA, lender, insurance broker, etc...

@Matthew PaulI take my boys to my projects as well. 8 yr old can assemble a ceiling fan in 20 minutes, 9 yr old can paint an entire room and hang blinds.

I have someone who can put them together inexpensively, so they don't have to come assembled.
