And I understand that i am college kid with no money or experience but then you see people like Rob Beardsley who dropped out at 20 and bought a 200 unit property through syndication and then you think, hm, maybe its possible.I am fairly new to the real estate investment and what I have learned so far is choosing a mentor and attend real estate workshops then expand your network which will help you to pick up the pace, select your investment strategy and grasp the business model.

People had no idea what to do at stop lights, gas pumps didn't work and those that already pumped gas couldn't pay because the attendant couldn't take cash, the lights were out in office buildings and hotels, grocery stores were worried about frozen and refrigerated food going bad, theme parks had people stuck in rides screaming to get off.

Hello, I have purchased 4 different asset manager lists over the past two years, but three were ineffective with outdated information and many email bounce-backs or returned mail.The best list I found was at RealEstateTargetdotcom; I did a successful snail mail and email campaign, and picked up three new banks and an account with LPS.I also cross referenced names on the list to see who was attending or speaking at various REO conferences, and made efforts to meet asset managers in person.
