Hard money lenders abound, BP has it's sponsored lenders, and  there are who knows how many  members who are lenders in some shape or form.If you mean, how do you find deals in your area, the standard advice is network with agents, other investors and wholesalers(a subtype of investors) in your area.

@Blake Park makes an excellent point...there is opportunity abound in Ohio...To your question...conventional or conforming loans won't be originated to an LLC...you need something in between...which means points and higher interest...there are a host of lenders that will originate in your scenario...whether or not they will originate a loan at your price point is another questions.Feel free to shoot me a PM or reach out an I will connect you with a couple guys that can help.
