TL;DR version: You could have the people who want to lend you money for the real estate form an entity to loan out of but you should not be overly involved in setting it up for them.

I don’t know if it is just me, but I have not heard a lot of encouragement these days about going to local meetups while listening to the podcasts.On previous versions of the BiggerPockets website, it was a lot easier to find out where local meetups were being hosted because there was a link on the front page that read “meetups” and it would take you right to the meetup page where you could see a map where  people were having meetups in your area or in other areas across the country.

This move from the executive branch again serves to support communities but the reason I support it is primarily it will reduce the pressure in HCOL areas to enact their own versions of rent control.

I assume this was recorded in the “registry of deeds” or SC’s version of it or it’s probably not enforceable. 

The short version is that they can only do so much work before March 15 (businesses) and April 15th for personal returns.  

Maybe you'll have more luck with the guys in your area, if there are any ... they also only offer the streamlined version (up to $35K), and currently don't have anyone certified (?)
