It was freaking packed on Saturday for sure!

We are both motivated, but seems like there are too many options to choose from, I feel like storage for boats/cars/RV’s is my end game, so I can spend my days fishing lol!

We have multiple MHP's and RV Parks in the South east.

Some cons investing in Tahoe :- the reservation ratio are not that high as supply is abundant- the limited number of STR permit makes them challenging as we can only invest in certain geographical location.If I really have to buy in South Lake Tahoe I would just buy single family, rent it as LTR, and then I place an RV or buy only house with ADU so I don't need to deal with STR-crap LOL....

Multi-family, Student housing, ALF, RV, Single Family, STR.  

Can you imagine taking the time to find a new place, pay the despair, set up utilities, arrange for a moving truck/company, packing and unpacking everything, changing addresses everywhere, etc etc etc.

I've found there are cheap all-wood flat pack cabs that are much better for similar money.

Guy in my town built one last year with 30 spaces or so- packed full today. 

I’d bet a 6-pack of Strongbow, that it’s legal.
