They take out window screens which mysteriously disappear or get damaged, both equally as bad as find someone to repair these days or try to replace,,,often impossible.They damage the windows or the walls putting them in and out.OR as the last disaster.

Things have a habit of mysteriously changing and no one likes a "hidden gotcha."
