It might just make more sense to buy another property and move on.

My goal here is to of course keep my name out of any public records regarding this property.

I'm unsure which focus would help me scale my portfolio and achieve my goals more efficiently.

My birthday is one month from now and my goal is to put in the work I need to to quit my 9-5 job by then.

It is really going to depend on your cash position and long term goals.

My goal this year is to go from analysis paralysis to taking action.

My ultimate goal is to own multiple rental properties and achieve financial freedom at a young age in the future.

I do hope we move and stay in San Diego long term (20+ years) like I have with Chicago (40 years).
