If the Listing Agent still refused to open the door to their own listing, ask them to offer the Buyer Agent Rebate to a junior (newbie) agent in the Listing Agent's Brokerage for them to open the door to the Listing Agent's listing for $500 to $1,000.  

You absolutely need to make an appointment with a foreclosure attorney in the area.If this goes to auction any lienholders junior to the foreclosing lien are wiped out.
