I Gently Remind Them That they are soliciting for offers by posting their ad on CL, and therefore become a b2b lead, and there is nothing illegal about me making the same offer several times, considering they are soliciting for offers in the first place. ;)

If not then they are buying 3 beds at the cheaper price.I do not know your area.Appraisal means nothing so forget that. if you are not getting an appraisal for loan purposes the appraiser will massage the numbers to come close to your value.
