If private companies continue to provide the insurance, I suspect we will see further increased premium costs which will need to be reflected in the rents tenants pay (all tenants: LTR, MTR, STR).

In 2021 there were two competing ballot measures that the citizens of Denver voted on - one measure from open-space advocates that would continue to prevent WIP from developing this parcel, the second measure sponsored by the WIP themselves that would exempt the property from the current zoning restrictions.

If you continue filing taxes jointly the income you realize from your separate property will still need to be explained and redacted, regardless of the type of entity holding the real estate.

PM made a couple attempts to collect and then offered to cover the damage because toilet replacements are not that costly and continuing to pursue the damages did not make sense for them.Airbnb is supposed to cover guest damage but if they refuse to pay for guest damage their insurance has reduced value and cannot be relied upon.
