Pulling the Trigger and Detroit in the same sentence....with ....Scared....Know your areas, but if you are from around there, you know all of D-Town is Dangerous.And I doubt your cash flow will be "Auto-matic" you will need to screen carefully.If you are afraid, maybe look outside of D-Town.Just my 2 cents.

Does HACC expect all doors to be auto closing during section 8 inspection?

I purchased a somewhat run down vacant auto repair facility with all equipment in tack for about $115,000 in 1981.  

What about mechanics, attorneys, bank managers, auto sales, accountants, insurance brokers, realtors and similar?

I get around the updates by changing the settings to say I have a metered connection to stop the auto updates. 

I am seeing some online auto-generated that range from $30-$100 - some requiring a membership that includes other services that I don't need right now, and I'm not sure they are all customizable for me to add my own addendums or clauses. 

And on top of that another $50k in student loans, and $20k auto loans. 

Make sure you check your bylaws to confirm there are no issues renting out your condo as many HOAs have put limitations and other requiremets in place.You'll also need to update your insurance coverage to a landlord policy and make sure you understand any vacancy triggers - many policies will auto-terminate if home vacant more than 30 days.Start researching rental applications and leases ASAP, so you're ready with those when you start advertising.

My one concern so far with their application, though, is their combined credit card debt, which is four times that of the average US household, and twice as high as the average for their income bracket (they also have student debt and an auto loan).
