A lot of the turn-key property management firms you can find through BP have solid reputations and a long history of working with remote investors, including foreigners such as Australians who see our rental markets in places like Atlanta, Memphis and Texas as superior to their local options.  

I wrote a little e book for Australians a few years back on the do's and dont's and different terms etc etc when buying turn key I would be happy to send that to you via e mail if you like.. just PM me with your e mail.

Check where the Australian dollar was about 3-4 years ago.

Some people might not properly identify your accent and think you are Australian or English which is fine. 

I have a lender that just funded a hard money loan for an Australian investor.
