Most of our tenants like the Soft White - with warm yellowish glow.

I’m liking a very faint yellowish off white lately (cream or creamy from sherwin Williams).

Is  there a chance it's actually more yellowish?

I have only known water damage as that yellowish stain.

We painted everything this yellowish beige....and it was out of "favor" so fast it made our head spin.  

I went through two of those off yellowish-brown erasers but eventually, the scuffs were gone. 

I initially planned to install grey vinyl flooring, but my countertops are yellowish, and I might not replace them.

It was manufactured in 1995 and is an outdated, yellowish-white color so probably not worth repairing.

ACZA tends to turn the wood more yellowish with blue spots and only a hint of copper green.

I kind of like the wood look and I imagine here in Michigan most people would like it but I imagine a little bit of texture is good to hide the scratches, color I'm not sure, I imagine something neutral, maybe the regular wood look.I forgot to mention that I saw a VERY good deal on craigslist and bought about 350 sq ft of Amtico vinyl planks, unfortunately not the color that I really wanted (yellowish wood look but what I do know, I'm a bad designer!)
