I like the desk n chair idea, create the "idea" of the work space.

It was built out without permits, so I demo'd the entire interior and made it an open workspace What was the outcome?

For my REI business, I am planning on bringing them to my home office as the primary work-space.

I have done Venture point before, on the co-workspace side, I got a good monthly deal and it worked out really well when I was using it for my web design work, and I might go with them again, but  haven't seen recent pricing.

Has anyone done any cosharing workspace?

Thank you for your input, i may try out both Podio and Excel for a bit just to see which one i like, past hour i spent a few minutes creating some simple apps in podio under a new workspace to input properties to do the calculations for me.

What are your plans for the work space?

I appreciate your explanation on the management - Didn't know that PM companies can supply on-site managers - I guess that means I provide some kind of work space where they come to work each day, yes?
