After getting some quotes and seeing the services provided I feel that I could do the job myself therefore saving that money.

There’s a ton of investment pouring in, job growth, and a growing demand for housing.

About 4 years ago, I got presented with an opportunity to teach at a vocational schooI and I took the job because I believed it was an awesome gig.

Any thoughts?

My local market is cost prohibitive to invest in and the thought of assembling a "team" of unknowns in another market was scary.
