Hello Andrew,I’d recommend starting by finding an agent who specializes in rental properties.

Starting off you will not do a zero sum investment plus get other people to invest.  

Starting to research Uruguay to invest and as a 3rd country to live in.

If you have the sellers, the buyers will start reaching out - it likely wont work for some of them and then you can ask what they are looking for and build relationships that way.
