It is definitely a great place to start real estate investing.I own rentals in East Linden and Southern Hilltop.

This week I purchased three Moke vehicles, they are the small diesel cars popular around the Bahamas and the Caribbean that some of you may remember from one of the old 007 movies.  

I am in Massachusetts and Southern NH and that is certainly the case here.

I have 4 doors that I own in Hungarian Village and Southern Orchards that give me decent cash-flow.

It seems like Southern California does not have this problem at all, there are many markets that just work.

From everything I've heard from others who own Dollar Generals this is their strategy to string you out and then finally at the last minute they will not renew the lease and will have built the new store.The store sales are very strong at 1.5 million in 2013 and waiting on 2014 numbers.The property is just outside a major southern city.So my questions are the following:Does anyone have experience directly with this situation?

Beware of Norada and their recommendations.I live in Southern California and bought an investment house in the midwest through their recommendations.

I am focusing on Southern NH area but am open to NH, Mass, PA, and AZ in general.
