Do we have anyone that has personal experience with a 1031 strategy that is sponsored by an UPREIT?

I did have experience operating LTR's to bring to the table, but even if you don't, it's not that much more complex.

I wanted something I could fix and flip for the quick capital as well as the experience of managing a project, finding contractors, etc How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?
