So now I got a letter from an injury lawyer not in the LLC name  (the property owner by LLC ) but in the name of the HoA however the LLC address not the HoA address (the law firm seems confused it idk).

Today alone, I reached out to several owners and the responses have been interesting.

Several cops came and arrested the daughter.

They take 10% for all managed construction, so this is not a favor to ask for on a project that was behind schedule several weeks.

Are they not getting a severance package ..

@Doug Henderson, there aren’t a lot of syndicators with multiple cycle experience on BP—as you’ve astutely already pointed out, many of them started in the last several years as a rising tide has lifted all boats.
