I look for interesting properties to flip at 50% on the dollar and hope to be able to survive this crazy downturn in the economy.Hobbies are SCUBA, Auto Racing and Photography

I have posted a few of my deals and look forward to learning from all of you.My hobbies include: foreign languages, keeping exotic fish, formula 1, modified exotics; and would love to get into amateur Porsche racing, scuba and light aviation ... maybe even some big-game hunting.See ya around!

Building plans include: a commercial center with a SCUBA shop, bar, restaurant, 32 condos and a beach club.

Scuba dive?

California is only a few Rictor Scale points away from needing scuba gear, and a lot of silicone/botox will be polluting our oceans if that happens!!!!!

Not that we're avid enthusiasts, but we enjoy skiing, scuba diving, etc. 

As a family, we enjoy doing those things and do them often, but we also really like spending a couple of weeks in the US Virgin Islands every year and snorkeling/scuba-diving.;-)

But more importantly, I'm going to Panama in February to scuba dive.

The locals say that we never had all the dumpster divers that are up and down the streets every day and night until the light rail stop came in.
