How affective are physical mail cards with deal machine?

While you save up work on building up your credit history with a credit card.

Look at what high interest credit cards you can get rid of, pay down, or move to zero interest promotion cards for say 15 months etc.

Since I posted yesterday, Delta responded to my email and confirmed my lot has been scraped and this is in line with the schedule they previously submitted so things are moving along.

I don't take credit cards but I believe stripe does.   

I do direct booking through the Houfy website, taking credit card payment by Square. 

Then there you go.One thing I am looking to try to do but haven't done yet is buy something with zero down on seller finance, put the rehab on a 0% credit card, then refi the seller off in 12 months and pay back the card. 

Should We:Sell, take advantage of the capital gains law, move, and pay the mortgage off on the new house, credit cards, etc…?

Is there a way I can "co-sign" with one of my parent's credit cards and be on their credit history in order to boost my credit score? 

If I recall correctly, Rent Redi even gives them the option to pay using a credit card.
