I echo what Allen saidI used to have a cohosting business but have shut it down because I wasn't focused on the right property AND the right client. 

When I helped start a restaurant, I tried to prepare as much of this stuff as I could before opening and it saved me stress and time repeatedly.

When I purchased my property, I had read all the exciting developments in the works...indoor waterpark, shops, new hotels, restaurants, etc., but was severely disappointed when I went recently with my family. 

Of course, it's for a limited time only, then they are going to "shut off the Gator Method" for about a year. 

I am interested in all of them and don't what to shut any door too early.
