Everybody needs to live somewhere---you can't live in a mutual fund...Real estate will always be in demand regardless of the market circumstances...God stop making land on the 7th day (unless you live near a volcano)---you can't build a house on top of your IRA...Real Estate will benefit from diminished availability (supply) as our population expands due to natural reproduction and immigrant inflex.My vote is---well, it's pretty obvious...Regards,Scott Miller

i will have to check into the warranty, did not even think of that...i was just mad $700.00 down the drain...yes they will be moved out as they have already bought the new place and moving in, i went over to check on things, and they are packing....thank you just did not know what to do...so if they are section 8 they can break a lease with no reproductions, and leaves the landlord out in the wind....

I would urge caution in building a spec house as there are many properties available at prices well below reproduction cost.
