The plan is to buy land in MN within 90 miles of the Twin Cities to start a large organic, self sustainable, regenerative, no till farm.

Nanotech, Regenerative Medicines, and Biotech fields have been growing steadily in the area.

Jerome-happy to see someone from NJ interested in regenerative investing.

IN our cars we hardly ever use the brakes since the regen feature you just take your foot off the accelerator and the car stops itself.. you get used to it and like I said unless someone stops abruptly in front of you .. you basically only tap the brake when you want to come to a complete stop..

@Regen Place it is possible to find a Line of Credit for this type of business but it might be easier to find a lender who would just grant a Line of Credit on the real estate itself.
