Oregon Coast STR Real Estate Agent
Does anyone have a real estate agent they could recommend for the Oregon coast? One that knows the laws for STR as some cities are changing laws for STRs.

Yes, you are right. Some counties/cities have caps on STRs, and waiting lists to get a new one approved - and they can be very long. So, unless you buying an existing STR in those areas, you want to stay away from buying there.
Depending on what areas of the coast you are considering I likely have someone to refer you to, or might be able to help you myself. Where are you looking?
