I think that the attempt to scale super quickly is more dangerous than whatever the first raise is.

Gas or electric would be a much better option, safety wise, from a house fire standpoint, CO danger, or danger to children or pets from the open flames. 

But you are putting your other tenants in danger by not managing YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES.  

Also 4th quarter of last year Packwood and county officially did discuss potentially regulating STR's by either limiting numbers or adding a tax to cover increases in local services that are needed. 

That way someone bringing a service dog, which is not considered a pet, will have fair warning of the danger. 

The biggest 'danger' I've experienced in the coaching space was coaches who took the cash and wanted me to follow 'their' program rather than coaching me where I am to get where I wanted to go. 

My question is do I go forward with purchasing the property and deal with the higher insurance and potential hazard or is it smarter to walk away?
