is it a city with growth potencial?

Just wanted to give you all an update, since I started toying with the idea of REI (month ago ish) and joined BP, about a week ago, I have learned alot, but on to the good stuff, no deals yet, (I don't even have enough money or contacts to feel confident wholesaling yet) but I have done this...1. found a two decent potencial investors, (one on BP one CL) I'm in the process of scheduling video conferences with them as I'm out of my target area (Sacramento, CA) for a few months.2.

It's great to see more and more portuguese people awakening to the Real Estate wealth building power, and hopefully treating it like a real business.With that said, I would say Porto is a really over-valued market to buy (right now) which makes it a lot more risky, the same goes for Lisbon and a few other cities that have been experiencing high and continuous rises in RE prices.I would recomend you trying to look into some underpriced markets with great potencial growth. 

IYO which are the neighbourhoods that are growing in Houston and have a great potencial  for doing investments(commercial and residential) right now and why?

We usually compare with other listings, if the area is what we are targeting and location is growing and there is potencial than we pay asking price.We resently purchased an acre and paid asking price off $99k in a growing custom community, 2 months after purchase only one acre was left it sold for $125k just because it was the last one and the area is growing.

It's a "single family" low tax (with beautiful in-law quarter and a secondary building that could be another separate parcel single/double, so 4 potencial high rentals, specially if it is short term).
