Using free or cheap boilerplate contracts obtained online or from other landlords is a sure prescription for disaster.

Are based on their capabilities rather than what is ideally offered to you (for example, if a lawyer is only licensed in Texas, they might recommend structuring in Texas even when it's more advantageous to establish, say, a Wyoming holding company, simply because they cannot facilitate the latter).Comparing this to the medical field, as discussed in this thread, physicians generally provide more consistent advice.

The new owner bought the house after I purchased my land, and he might not be aware of these encroachments.Is there any risk for me, such as the possibility of acquisitive prescription of a part of my real estate after years, especially if (theoretically) the neighbor incurs considerable expenses for e.g. asphalting his driveway? 

We are both physicians and relatively intelligent humanoids, but without knowing what you don't know, it seems a difficult task. 

Interestingly only talked to a few health care workers  (physicians, pharmacists, RNs).

Hello, my wife is an optometrist and we are looking to use a physician loan to purchase our primary residence.We have some debt that we would like to payoff through a DSCR cashout refinance in am existing investment property I currently own and from there we hope to be in a good place for the doc loan.Our challenge is finding a lender that can handle both the DSCR cashout refi and the doc loan, since coordinating two separate contacts seems to add extra challenges.If you or someone you know can do physician loans (for optometrists) and also DSCRs I would appreciate being in touch.
