Added a bath, made it open floor plan, completely new kitchen (cabinets, floors, appliances, island, recessed lighting and pendant light, electrical) , refinished floors, remodeled master bath, light landscaping.

They are fugal and aren't going to be allured into paying the top of the market because the kitchen has granite and cute little pendant lights over the island.3) Someone that maybe just has a great JOB and even though they have accumulated that much cash they are not necessarily all that investment savvy and would be more likely to use that as a big downpayment on a $600-800K+ house.4) Someone who has so much money that $200K is a drop in the bucket and will buy a much more expensive home either with financing or a lot more cash.Part of my "bias" is that $200K is actually a lower end price point in MA.

In this house all door hardware was ORB, as you can see on the back door hinges, the island pendants were chrome, and it's hard to make out, but the faucet and cabinet hardware is a brushed stainless. 

Small update here,Here are the finished counter tops on the other side of our kitchen, next is back splash, under cab lighting and pendants.

They made good listening while installing new pendant lights in my own kitchen.

We didn't do much to the exterior so it would blend in and not attract the wrong attention, but the interior has inexpensive but modern finishes, brown-grey laminate throughout, light grey walls and white trim, cool pendant lighting, open floor plan, you know the template :)

Would it make more sense to just replace those with some pendant lights or something instead?
