The Packwood, WA market may be officially saturated on STR's. 

However, it’s important to ensure that the deed is properly recorded with the county recorder’s office to make the transfer official.

I am seeing a crackdown on STRs not so much as a result of any hotel lobby, but as a result of regular citizens complaining to their elected officials that they don't like living next to a hotel.Can't really blame them.

Reason being, I hired a property management company (just now) and they're wonderful, they start officially in a couple days. 

Is it an official inspection or some notes on paper? 

Hello BP Community,Well I am official, I purchased my first house to flip two days ago. 

One thing though is that there are requirements coming into effect soon where wholesalers will need to get their license in PA for any properties that they wholesale, so you might want to look into that before it becomes official!  

You can't ask why it is needed, but you can ask for official documentation.JD is right, no one who owns a pet is not going to have it stay with them. 

He's getting the paperwork together as I'm writing this to make it official.
