There was a momentary flattening in March and April, but good homes are flying off the market within days now.Foreclosures are currently in moratorium so we'll see what happens when that bubble bursts, but in the meantime, if you find a good deal, go after it or someone else will.

@Brian GarrettBoth converting Commercial to MFH and Caribbean, are one or two steps off your current path; but they open up "Existing" inventory and momentary need.We did not look at the main Caribbean islands.
