Good Day BP Community, Along with my investment goals for 2025, I have a goal to scroll less and consume more meaningful content.

What is far more interesting is not the dumb greedy investors that refuse to do an ounce of due diligence before investing and then act shocked but rather the scores of sycophantic, mindless automaton like investors in these reviews who give them 5 stars and say it's the best investment they have ever made in real estate, interspersed with RADD apologizing to 2/3rds of the reviewers for halting distributions and redemptions, which in one review they even hilariously claim that "halting redemptions is common practice in real estate."

Sorry if it was in this thread, with all the replies its too much to scroll through. 

If you scroll through zillow you will quickly see multiples of these designs.

But some properties of same community is not under this chain and can be seen as  single listings.If I don’t scroll past the lowest-priced SFR listing in that chain, I can’t even find mine.

You don't want the guests scrolling on Airbnb who see 2000 other decked out theme homes right next to yours listed in the $100-$200/nt range. 

She acknowledged her "mistake" in getting the address correct but blamed "scrolling" as the reason she was wrong 🙄.  

It's not impossible, but it only takes a few minutes of scrolling through these forums to see how difficult it can be.
