Yes, I’ve seen that successful rehabbers know how to impart the “wow” factor to a property, and leave the buyers mesmerized and emotionally attached.

I was confused and disappointed, even though he was skipping parts he still was giving valuable information but I couldn't help but notice that he was skipping the most important parts and I feel like I was the only one that did notice everyone else was mesmerized and sucked in.

Is there some mesmerizing words I can throw at him other than "I am trying to help you save your credit and put cash in your pocket"?

As an added bonus, the kid in me loves opening the packaging and being mesmerized watching them expand lolAs for the couch, only get a pull out queen size sleeper sofa. 

I was mesmerized / intoxicated - they got me "high" on this story.  

Another showing this morning and its like they are mesmerized as they walk through with ohhhhs and ahhhhs.

Don't get mesmerized by the low prices.  

I truly appreciate people like Jason posting, because I grew up in the area and was mesmerized by the "No Money Down" Real Estate Books, and now 20 years later found BP and can implement some of the ideas I was sold, with networks and experience from other areas of life.

Highly recommend you find/make deals to get you rolling and fuss with the web stuff later.I've spent 37yrs in programming and the web is fun & mesmerizing to work with - - but in REI, it's a cost center, not a revenue center so you bank balance keeps declining while you play with the web.Ask yourself,  "What am I doing today that directly contributes to buying property?"

I'm mesmerized and jealous!
