@Deangelo Mack Many sellers think investors only want to take advantage of them, so they're afraid to speak with investors.However, always be honest because you certainly don't need to be lying about anything that you do.

There's a "rare" case of the property owner declaring bankruptcy before the day of the sale... you can lose your entire bid amount that way... that's atleast what a lawyer stated in a consultation.I don't honestly think I have a snowball's chance of getting a property that a bank, who hasn't already redeemed it, is going to think is worth their time to pursue me after it's finalized - but I'd be lying if I said that didn't spook me a bit.
