I have discouraging images in my mind of the well drying up and 16 people being without water for 2 days…. this alone is enough to deter me from this property purchase at this time (again, my inexperience at this time and lack of intestinal fortitude for that high a risk).  

Have the time and intestinal fortitude to deal with lower class tenants?

And not everybody has the intestinal fortitude to deal with the ups and downs of a market.
