Now, don't get me wrong...I hear exactly what you are saying but then again isn't that really just to weed those that just want another course to sit on their shelf and point to and say...that doesn't work?

and for sure I would think BP charges sponsors to advertise on the forum just like they charge to advertise on this forumthey are having some sort of event and the guest I saw were Brian Burke ( top shelf ) and Jeremy Roll ( another wickedly smart dude)  compared to the guru trainers who I really dont know much are anything about so cant comment on them. 

I have front loaded all of my risk, have the best units on the market, and got the deal for less than 25% down.Whats gone are the days of leaving 0% in the deal and getting infinite returns.  

However if I do a BRRRR I can achieve infinite return by extracting all of my investment.

This will be my first year submitting from Baselane since I switched from QuickBooks Online and it's already infinitely easier!

The majority of my properties achieved infinite return via a brrrr.
