Any recommendations for Umbrella insurance providers for each partner to cover any liability?

Do any of the tenants have Dogs (Breed restrictions are individual to each company).These may not prevent you from getting insurance but they may limit the number of companies willing to insure it.

I knew the fire insurance would be CA Fair Plan.

Here is my two cents: When hiring a contractor for substantial renovations, start by researching local licensed and insured contractors with solid reviews.

Liability insurance covers negligence.

They have the choice of finding their own insurance or they can be automatically enrolled in my master policy.
