Am I allowed to post a deal here that people can help me analyze?

I have done it successfully on my last 2 buildouts, maybe 3, but only because I was able to acquire the properties at a very low price and I did all the work in-house (myself and some hired hands on staff).

I’m looking to network with people that help asset manage multi family apartment complexes.My business partner and I have grown to almost 300 units.

I am not sure, but I imagine that you could also help out and lend your credit to this type of purchase. 

(We're from California as well) Everything has been extremely smooth so far and their staff has been excellent with their customer service. 

I know of two groups that I believe could help you in this endeavor.

I flew out and met their owner Ron, sales guy Eric, and some more of their office staff.

After we completed their intake application and began the process, Austin handed us off to other staff.

We like the approach of helping people to create good notes that we would be interested in buying if they decide to sell.
