Another great method to get a contract is to ask other wholesalers in your market what they are using.

But if we really wanted to win a certain deal for whatever reason it's a great method.

Here's a "Me too" subscription to this thread - seems like "everyone" agrees that this is a great method for sourcing deals, but no one seems to know the details of the legalities involved (if any).

@Sean Ryther door-knocking and direct mailers are great methods to get off market deals, but recognize the fact that it is a high volume strategy.
