It’s quite eye opening.I hope this post helps at least one investor avoid the same path I took and saves them from the nearly 8 years of frustration I've endured.

It is a frustrating process.

Just thought I'd let you know this:  I fell for the webinar and so far I'm beyond frustrated.  

That’s incredibly frustrating, especially after investing so much time and money.

I have been frustrated with multiple things that my current property management company has been doing, and I don't feel like they communicate very well with me.

My biggest frustration isn't with the deal failure itself, it's more with the operating performance of the GP and honestly I'm not sure how an LP can really determine this.

First off, I know it’s frustrating when a tenant leaves a mess, and even worse when their security deposit barely covers the damage.

So frustrating!

This is very frustrating now.
