Here is what I did: 1) screened interested parties heavily prior to inviting them to see it. 2) took my husband with to the showing... so he could wait outside for the next party (I schedule my appointments to show my units every 30 minutes). 3) I attached this message to their appointment invitation: “Out of respect for the current tenant (due to the Covid-19 situation), would it be possible for you to come without children & wear a face mask?”

Will they play ball if you promise to wear facemasks & everything when you come inside? 

No one wants to be greeted by an angry tenant waiting with firearms.At the appointed time, we come with a locksmith, two moving men and their moving van and us in our protective gear (work clothes, gloves, N95 face mask, and eye protection) and boxes and bring construction quality plastic bags.

Video cameras and notepads are welcomed, as well as steel toe boots, gloves, goggles, and facemask....lol....really though.

I was not going to trust the cheap face masks with what I'm worried about is down there.Appreciate any advice you can offer.  

If you are doing showings, require face masks and bring disinfectant to wipe down surfaces that people touch.

Use charcoal filters on your face mask; I bet the smell is less than amusing.
