If someone is exceptionally hostile in their replies to someone else, even if I like the content, I typically steer clear of voting for that particular post.There are people that I like most everything they say, but I don’t always vote for them every time because I don’t wanna make it weird.

@Jennie Berger The RS-3 Zone allows for Single-Family residences & 2-Flats as "Permitted Uses"; however, the RS-3 Zone still requires 2,500 sq.ft. of lot area per unit (i.e. 5,000 sq.ft. for a 2-flat) unless the lot meets the exception for the characteristic of the block as previously mentioned by Nicolas; then it can be reduced to 1,500 sq.ft. per unit in order to construct a 2-flat.

If the credit screening costs $25, then you earn nothing.I believe there are exceptions for a higher fee, but you have to stick to the actual cost of the screening.I would talk to an attorney before charging more than $25 per applicant.

hi. try radiators on the bottom walls in every room except the kitchen. try increasing the rents. try talking to the clients about the heat situation. try removing the heated baseboards. do something before something happens to you!

In this case, correct, 1031 exchange is not available. 1031 exchange is property for property, and an interest in a partnership normally is not (with a few rare exceptions, so you may want someone knowledgeable to give you a second opinion for your particular situation, which requires reading your inheritance documents.)Whether or not you have any mitigation strategies totally depends on your specific situation and requires a one-on-one.

On these we are targeting g loans even we wouldn’t normally consider; EXCEPT for the fact that we are receiving so much collateral that we end up at 35% LTV or less.
