Because I know our nervous system is in direct correlation with our gut health, I will make sure to continue eating healthy and exercising daily so I may always feel energized and ready to take on whatever challenges I need to face.2.

In summary, I identified what really energizes me and then took the time required to go back to a mostly blank sheet of paper to redefine my objectives and strategies.

I'm going crazy with how energized I feel about this I need to go run for a couple miles in this nice, warm, night weather over here!

I am so grateful this has happen because I am now energized again and feel that this is a first step to many more rentals and my REI.I know I have much to learn and I cant wait to meet like minded people here on BP and locally here in Jacksonville.

The public; remember the developing brains, they are by nature easier to influence, more likely to take risks, are energized to take action and due to the lack of maturity and judgment can't see beyond their actions as to the consequences of what they may do.
