HelloI am new to Cleveland and I am thinking to diversify my real estate portfolio by testing out medium term strategy for the travel nurses in Cleveland around Cleveland Clinic. 

My recommendation would be to look into hospitals nearby and try to market to them to be an option for traveling nurses also. 

Also, consider who you’re hosting, is it families, business travelers, or medical professionals?

I'm 2 miles from 2 hospitals (one is Swedish and I've heard that they get a fair amount of travelers) and within walking distance to Denver University.

We do a lot of mid term rentals from universities near by, and traveling professionals.
