And I'd have to spend $10,000 to $20,000 I imagine to buy furniture, kitchenware, beds, dressers, etc.  

And not enough space to comfortably fit a dresser in the bedrooms.

Hair Dresser, Plumber, anything! 

A queen bed is 5'x6.5' which wouldn't leave much room for a person to walk on either side, a night stand or a dresser.

Most of the time people will open doors to closets and cupboards, turn water on and off; but they shouldn't be going through dressers and definitely should not allow their kids to jump on beds. 

I plan to short term it when I'm not living in it so I designed it with an additional vertical guest bed to the right of the living room and with extra dresser space in the bedroom in case of long term tenants.

As long as it's a standard sized bedroom big enough for a queen bed, dresser, closet and TV it will be sufficient.You have a lot of things going for you with this property.

I like the Ikea solid wood dressers.

You could place this under the TV instead of a dresser if space is limited.

We have a great cleaner, but left some clothes in the drawers of the dressers.
