September is crickets..

I would think I'm small potatoes for them and the form 3115 is so ridiculously thorough that i think it all but negates audit but we shall see :).I will report back when/if i get it and what the timeline was/is, I was holding out hope that someone had some information on this but its been crickets.

FF really only does well with medical professionals on travel contracts - so if your property is affordable and near a hospital it would do well, otherwise usually crickets - at least here in FL.

I have been waiting for someone on the BP forums to explain to me how a Wyoming LLC will stop a plaintiffs attorney from filing a claim against the deed holder when their client falls in front of your property because of a down tree or ice patch amongst the many other common claims a real estate owners encounter....and to this day  crickets.

Hi all, following up on AB 1033, there was a lot of interest on this law at the end of 2023 but it's been crickets since then.  

We went from crickets to having too many deals.Are you going direct to seller or to brokers?

However, according to my realtor it's crickets right now in the area and has been for a few months so maybe not too far off. 

I have emailed keith tomeo and jared repeatedly asking them to get this resolved and so far--crickets (except for keith trying to sucker me into a new loan stating the problem would be resolved).
