Also concerning, I just looked at zillow post and the pictures are very grainy and unflattering, even though they should have access to the nicer photos (I have had these for years, see below)..I've also been getting lots of calls form companies wanting me to sell my house.

Stick to the facts and ask clarifying questions to understand their concerns to resolve this.

I brought it up to a friend this morning, saying I was concerned about what a smaller population could mean for the market.

One of my concerns is that lenders won't lend to potential buyers because it is a modular home.

I have voiced several concerns with no responses.

They can then proceed with a 1031 exchange for their rental properties.I understand their concern about the 180-day timeline.

As far as your concern about WA being a more tenant friendly state, I hear you.

Just love to see how deals are viewed, as I have been told by partners and colleagues of different numbers pertaining to a deals MAO.Interested in picking your brain sometime whenever you are available. 

I'm not sure if I'm making too much of this but my concern is that if I was the one looking for a property in the area:- I would discard the property without looking at it because the competition has higher ratings.- If I still look at it, I would discard it because why take the risk on a bad sofa when I can rent a similar property without such comment.- Once we get more great reviews, the influence of that one will reduce but we have to make sure it doesn't prevent us to get bookings in the first place!

That’s why lending is my biggest concern.
