The worst company to deal with submitting draws for renovation.

Are there any New York PM company owners here that could weigh in on the requirements?

Hello,I would like to ask for advice regarding an insurance company willing to insure for liability only, as I am self insuring the property itself: I don’t have landlord insurance. 

Now the job is almost done and management company is asking me for work compensation and insurance say I have un-authorized job done.  

Do you have capital to float that if you did decide to hold?

Shouldn’t the title company have caught this earlier?
