My only concern is my schedule changes all the time meaning the days I’m not scheduled to work can change to now I’m working.

Hey Stepan, Some changes I'm advising and seeing my clients implement are expecting an extra 3 months of holding time and undervaluing the ARV just a bit due to high inventory on the market. 

If looking to change the market value of property, well there you go. 

The bank doesn't notice the change itself, but they do notice that the name on the insurance policy has changed and they send me a letter demanding I explain why.

My girlfriend and I have been looking at properties over the last couple of months due to life situations changing and having a decent chunk of change saved for a down payment.

I've sat on city council meetings where a county will straight up say they can make changes to the laws, but they don't have the resources to actually enforce them.
